As we wrap up another whirlwind year, both for our valued clients and internally here at Waterline, I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on the journey we’ve shared. As things start to wind down for 2023, take some time to reflect on the year that was, while assessing your pipeline of work for 2024.
A YEAR OF REFLECTION AND FUTURE-PLANNING
Collectively, our Waterline team has worked exceptionally hard to support our clients across advisory, sustaining capital and operational engineering support engagements this year. Our agile approach has allowed us to be responsive to our clients’ needs while collaborating with them to ensure they are making the right decision for their operation.
As Chief Executive of Waterline, I’m proud to see my team take pride in the work we deliver for our clients. Their dedication to delivering projects extends beyond the task; we strive to understand our clients’ perspectives, adding value to their operations by placing ourselves in their shoes. This year alone, we’ve delivered more than 209 projects for our clients. Because of this, we are driven to enhance our client and employee experiences. Our client and employee insights have informed our long-term strategy, ensuring we deliver on our purpose of partnering with Australian Industry to provide sustainable resources to the world.
While initially our strategy was growth-focused, we’ve now taken an approach to pause and consolidate our foundations. Overall, this strategic approach will help us deliver on our client and employee promises. My team and I are looking forward to engaging our clients in the new year and taking them through our strategy and how our team will continue to support them and their personnel for years to come.
