NOTICE TO WATERLINE CLIENTS + PARTNERS
From Waterline CEO Randall Makin
As coronavirus continues to cause disruptions to operations and the workforce, Waterline would like to notify our valued clients that we are fully operational throughout this challenging period.
Waterline’s business model is designed to provide remote multi-disciplined engineering support to site operations in Queensland mining. So while our team have historically had the flexibility and technology infrastructure to work from anywhere, today our operations team finalised arrangements to make our entire workforce remote should this need to happen in the coming days or weeks.
Several additional measures have now also been implemented to ensure that we can increase the level of support to our site clients at this time. One of these steps is to ensure that our staff take the respectful and necessary actions to remove themselves from the work environment if they have been in contact with people who are unwell or if they themselves are becoming unwell. We will continue to monitor this closely.
While your operation may face uncertainty at this time, we encourage you to consider how Waterline may be able to assist in your site’s readiness to respond to the impact of COVID-19 on your teams, and all elements of site operations.
Waterline have resourced our team to be able to provide remote engineering support (electrical, mechanical, structural and operational technology) by a team that have extensive operational site experience including:
- Remote engineering support
- Engineering design projects
- 24-hour turn-around backdrafting
- Software to digitise paper-based processes on site (to allow for remote workflows)
- Remote PCS support
- External auditing and review
We encourage you to reach out to us to help with your operational requirements in any way at this time.
Kind Regards,
Randall Makin
