As the lead of Waterline’s Mechanical Team, I am proud to share the exceptional services and expertise we bring to our clients across their advisory, capital, and site engineering projects. Our focus is on delivering comprehensive mechanical engineering solutions that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each project. With a client-first approach, we ensure that every solution we propose is backed by the highest standards of engineering excellence. Whether it’s ensuring safety, operational efficiency, or regulatory compliance, our team is dedicated to delivering mutual success.
A Team You Can Trust: Expertise and RPEQ Certification
At the heart of our mechanical team is a group of highly skilled engineers with deep industry knowledge and experience. What sets our team apart is our commitment to quality and accountability, and this is exemplified through our RPEQ-certified engineers. RPEQ (Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland) certification is a mark of trust and competence for our clients and puts them at ease knowing that their projects are in the capable hands of our experienced engineers, ensuring that our engineering team is providing you with the highest industry standards and full accountability. Having spent time on sites ourselves, we understand the challenges of balancing site safety and operational efficiencies. This is a key reason why our clients work with Waterline and continue to seek our expertise.
Engineering Projects from Design to Delivery
In our team, we offer comprehensive engineering services, guiding projects from concept through to commissioning. Our capabilities span a wide range of areas, including plant design, pumping and piping system design, conveyor power and tension studies, bulk materials handling design, general engineering design and project engineering. We ensure that all projects meet the highest safety standards and comply with regulatory requirements, while our team expertly manages every aspect of project delivery to ensure timelines and budgets are met efficiently. With a proven track record of success across large capital projects, minor upgrades, maintenance, and compliance support, partnering with us means working with a team committed to quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Recognised Standard 23 Audits (RS23) for BHP BMA:
A proud project that our team has recently delivered is the RS23 audits. This project consisted of providing our client with a Gap Analysis of their SHMS, including audit of site documents against clauses within RS23, recommending actions which will reduce gaps between SHMS and RS23, Fluid Power Systems Register & Audit, and Risk Assessment of Fluid Power Systems.
