BMA Broadmeadow | 57 Cut-through Project

The client engaged Waterline to provide multi-discipline support for its 57 Cut-through Project, to improve the productivity of its site. The client needed the support of a multi-discipline engineering consultancy who could deliver their capital project, packaged in several phases.

While our team collaborated with our Mechanical, Electrical and Operational Support teams for the delivery of this project, our Civil & Structural team delivered the concept and detailed design of the following:

  • Loader Park Shed
  • Various Pads and Slabs
  • General Shelter
  • Ablution Block
  • Updated Drainage, and
  • Updated Road and Car Park

The design included the design and integration of a truck loop to the existing roadway and pad, slab and pad designs, and a culvert to maintain the existing drainage.

The client was happy with the outcome, which was a simple, stream-lined solution that optimised the existing processes completed at the mine site.
